Parliament monsoon session: How Rajya Sabha created two records

The Rajya Sabha created two records on the first day of Parliament’s monsoon session which commenced on Thursday. In one record, 50% women have been appointed in the reconstituted panel of vice-chairpersons while in the second the chair went digital.
