Tussle over portfolios forces revised allocation in Karnataka

The revised list approved by governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot keeps the cabinet size at its maximum of 34 but the fresh allocations come after the CM's tweaks and reshuffles of minor departments among disgruntled ministers eyeing plum portfolios.
