Uttarakhand govt on Joshimath: Probing NTPC project role

Following an Uttarakhand cabinet meeting, chief secretary S S Sandhu said on Friday that "eight institutes are studying the reasons behind land subsidence in Joshimath and the role of NTPC's Tapovan-Vishnugad project is included in their probe."
