Rift between progressive Democrats in US and Modi government out in open

The "rift" between progressive Democratic lawmakers in US and the Modi govt has spilled out into the open. Indian-American Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal has claimed that New Delhi sought to cut her out of Congressional meeting with EAM S Jaishankar. Jaishankar said he is not interested in meeting those who are biased & are “determined to be misled” on issues relating to India.
